Florida Citrus Sports has begun implementing additional procedures at events to ensure the safety of guests and staff members. Procedures put in place specifically for the 2020 Cheez-It Bowl (Dec. 29) and 2021 Vrbo Citrus Bowl (1/1) can be found below.

Additional information regarding Florida Citrus Sports’ efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide a safe environment for patrons and staff can be found on our COVID-19 Guidelines page.

Fan Pledge

Florida Citrus Sports asks that those experiencing common symptoms of the COVID-19 virus including, but not limited to, coughing, sore throat, loss of taste and smell and/or a body temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit and above to stay home and not attend the event.

Stadium Entry Process

In order to prevent overcrowding at entry areas around the stadium, fans will have a specific gate listed on their ticket that details which gate they may enter the stadium through. The assigned gate will correspond to your seating section to provide the most direct path from stadium entrance to your seat.

Seating Information

Florida Citrus Sports has created a seat map using Pod Integrity for the safety of those attending FCS events at Camping World Stadium. Pod Integrity is the process of only making seats available in clusters or pods of 2, 4, 6 and 8 people and then making sure that pod is at least 6 feet away from any other pod in all directions. Policy also states that pods can only be sold as a whole and cannot be split between two separate parties to make sure that those sitting together know each other and are comfortable sitting in close proximity with those around them.

Mask/Facial Coverings

Appropriate face coverings must be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking. Face coverings must completely and tightly cover the nose and mouth.

Social Distancing

Signage will be in place to direct fans to maintain a safe distance (6 feet) from other fans when in the concourse, restrooms, concession queues and other public areas inside the stadium.

Concession & Payment Changes

Concessions sold throughout the stadium will be individually packaged and cashiers will only be accepting credit or debit cards during a transaction. Additionally, QR codes will be made available so that fans may order food and drinks from there phones and then have express pickup areas to avoid large congregations while at concession stands.

Queuing

All queuing areas will feature stickers on the ground indicating where to stand to ensure patrons are maintaining proper social distancing guidelines.

Public parking is available in surface lots and parking garages throughout Downtown Orlando. Maps and links for downtown surface lots and garages are available at DowntownOrlando.com.

Fans can take advantage of the free public shuttle to and from Camping World Stadium on event days. For more information on the gameday shuttle, visit the “Shuttle” tab.

Elevators are located on the east side of the stadium by gate B and on the west side of the stadium by gate E.

Additionally, there are eight (8) escalators for public use. Escalators are available on each corner of the stadium (by gates A, C, D, and F) which provide access to the plaza and terrace level seating.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, Camping World Stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform our guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

Visit our Employment Page for a list of open positions within Florida Citrus Sports.

Please visit our Events Calendar for a full list of upcoming events. Events are added throughout the year so be sure to bookmark this page or check back regularly for new additions.

PLEASE NOTE: Stadium entry gates will open approximately 90 minutes before kickoff.

Search Process

In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required to prevent guests from bringing unauthorized and prohibited items into the stadium. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches will be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Any items in question should be removed by the guest.

Magnetic Wanding

Camping World Stadium will now require magnetic wanding for entry to all games. The magnetic wand is a non-invasive device that scans the body for prohibited items. If you decline screening for medical reasons or if a metal detector alert cannot be solved through inquiry or physical inspection, a physical pat-down might be necessary.

Due to this new policy, it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your normal arrival time. Your patience and assistance is appreciated while we work through this process in order to keep Camping World Stadium a safe environment for all of our guests.

The primary first aid office is located on the field level by Gate C across from section 113. There are also roving medical staff throughout the stadium during events.

For all information regarding group ticket packages and to speak with a group sales representative, please visit our Group Tickets page.

Guest Services is located on the north end of the stadium, just west of the North Box Office.

During events, patrons can text CAMPING to 69050 followed by their location and issue and a support agent will be in contact with them to help resolve the issue.
